Firth & Scott Financial Services Ltd is a firm of independent financial advisers founded in 1988 and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The company holds the status of ‘Chartered Financial Planners', an exclusive title only awarded to those firms which meet rigorous criteria relating to their professionalism and capability. As at 1 June 2010 we were one of only some 300 firms across the UK to hold this prestigious title, which is granted to the leading professional firms within the financial services sector and as far as we are aware we are the only company in Nottingham currently to hold this title.
The company is run by its two principals, Steve Hopkins and Steve Phillips.
Working alongside the two Steves is a team of four expert advisers, all of whom are fully qualified to Financial Planning Certificate standard. Through continual professional development, which includes formal training and study, each adviser keeps up-to-date with the many developments within the financial services world.
